berserker

Berserker

Wild-eyed barbarians, the Berserker cares little for magic and even less for periods of peace.  Berserkers are awesome fighters, but they burn twice as bright and half as long. When engaging in combat, they attack with great speed which is countered by a poor ability to retreat. Many a berserker came to a sticky end because they did not want to pull out of a fight. They live fast and die often.  Berserkers do not like to use shields; they prefer to hold onto a weapon with both hands.

Fighter

Fighters are a great class, they are reasonably easy to play and are the back bone of the hand to hand combat side of the land. Fighters wield swords and axes, carry shields, beat up monsters and generally get things done. Fighters usually join the Warriors, Knights or Barbarian’s guild.

Monk

Shaman learn from the school of magic that covers healing. Naturalistic powers are the skills they find easiest to learn. This  includes herblore. All the magical guilds in the land will accept shaman into their order. There is nothing to stop a shaman learning spells from another school of magic, but they will find it more difficult than their chosen school.

Sneaking and stealing. Not the best in combat and under powered when it comes to skills and powers. Thieves are a calling, you are needed to open doors and find the traps. People like you when you can assassinate people and they like you for your poisoning ability, but really you are a talker and a loner.

Wizard

The wizard is the core spell caster, but don’t be fooled into thinking that this class hurls fireballs about. That’s the job of the Sorcerer. Wizards are the people who cast all those cool general spells. You want a door unlocked? want to fly? need to breath water? how about shielding you in combat? Wizards can cast aggressive spells, but its not their main function in life.
