So I have lost afew items. From selling them to destroying them when I have other items that have the same (name)
How's about a skill to engrave your name on items on items you want to keep that flags them as no sale. No drop. And no destroy.
And the higher your skill goes the more things you can engrave. And if you really want to get rid of said item mix it with a bucket of lava. And poof it's gone
Loseing items
Re: Loseing items
We can look at that. From the example I assume an engraved item has no sale value and the only course of action is to destroy it in a special place.
Re: Loseing items
Question...did you really need to "engrave" it? Or is it something you are okay with just extending "safesell" to items? With the idea that you cannot sell or destroy them while set. I want to understand some use cases.
1. Stop the ability to mistakenly sell or destroy an item.
2. Toggle the ability to once again be able to sell or destroy an item.

Re: Loseing items
What about just making a buyback feature?

I agree with the "buyback" feature. Many other games have that feature in case something is sold by mistake.

Re: Loseing items
The buyback feature would be nice. I also like the "engraving" or "no sell/no destroy" feature... just because I have accidentally destroyed rather expensive items because they have the same short name as something else, and I forgot they were on me/didn't think about it.
