Change to bounty system - certain bounties will generate fresh item names rather than cloning existing. This will hopefully avoid confusion when returning an item and it doesn't want it -- since it's not the exact item the bounty spawned for you to find.
Bounty gold rewards increased as well.

Small fixes for various things and some new holiday items added.

Which ones? Some did have resistances any way that weren't changed.

Azaal Guards in particular is what is affecting me. They were nigh unhitable before the intial combat change update, then went to being easily hitable when the change went through, and now are back to being nigh unhitable again. *G*
Also on the river, river and lesser water elementals are hard to hit at apprpriate level unless rocking a solid green.
All of this could be intended.
