9/15 changes

Can the changes from the 9/15/2018 update be documented somewhere? Several of them are non-trivial and affect gameplay considerably.

The ones I've noticed include weapon enchants and poisons no longer proccing on multiple attacks hits, unbalance from charging without a monster in the room, unbalance when hitting spam filter, spam filter more forgiving, unbalance when 'aim' or 'a' too often in combat, etc.

I also used to be able to bleed a 'Black Ooze' to death by stacking up bleed/round into the ~40 range. Those bleeds no longer appear to happen/stack, so I'm stuck hitting it for 1 damage until death.

Was the change to weapon enchants and poisons intentional? It seems like a large nerf to several builds.

Black Ooze is vulnerable to bashing -- it's meant to act like spell casters having to select the appropriate spell. We'll check on the bleed, though as it's meant to be invulnerable to your weapon type, it wasn't intended to be killed in that manner.
