Within the sphere of mortal perception exists a state of being in all of us driven
 by the hunger for powerand the quest for vengeance. Burning within the spirits
of all in Terris dwells the instinctive call toward rage, consumption, and the
desire to expand one's influence. Chosen by Deori to command man's carnal
nature, Torretan sat upon the throne of the Citadel as the Immortal of Fire. It was
his transcendence to the plane of fire, which changed his mortal imprisonment
into the fiery phoenix. It was this change that lead his mortal fellowship to
monotheistic worship and ritual.

Given the quest for the command of power, Torretan's Disciples practice few
 restraints on the path toward obtaining influence over the world around them.
 It is by this divine right that the fellowship operate in the land, never failing to
 represent Torretan's might and ferocity in all that they do. They are always in
their masters watch, and for those that spread reverence for the order
 throughout Norland exists awards beyond the depth of mortal conception.

Pertaining to the Immortals of Theras, there are no comparisons. The order's
 influence is within the nature of man, as opposed to his custom and culture.
 Men and women, irrespective of race, are born of the flesh and in the absense
of man-made order live by the flesh. It is by this virtue that all succumb to the
 impudent rage that is a part of our being.

The order promotes the consumption of the lands resources, turning forests
into fields of lost ages and cities into ruins. In the eyes if the phoenix the world
exists in a constant state of war, which must be fought brutally or lost. It is with
 this understanding that his disciples bear arms in his name.

The only truth is his order, and within his order is found only the truth about
man's inner-most desires. Hailing from the Citadel, embedded deep in the
volcanic core of the Plane of Fire, the order in which war is fought not for glory,
 but for personal gain. In these dark times, the war is finally being brought to
