The Devardec Outpost

At the beginning of the Shadow War, the guild moved it's headquarters to avoid having it's members and holdings openly attacked by Baron Heimdall. Many took this as a total retreat from the city, but in fact the tendrils of the Rogue Organization still reach deep into heart of the City of Light.

The poor of the city have it harder now than ever, so the rogues assigned to this outpost have re-doubled their efforts. Constantly patrolling the city rooftops has put a strain on their numbers, but they somehow always manage to find time for drinking, laughter, and pranks on the other guilds of the city.

It would be unwise to assume the Rogues have abandoned Devardec, for when you least expect it you could find yourself staring down the end of a rapier at one.
