Welcome to Woodtop!

Having become a citizen of the alluring City of Woodtop, you now seek a humble abode to call your own.

All building will be done at the Baron(ess)'s discretion, materials in the forest need time to replenish themselves.

Land is valuable within the forest community, even when resting
among the trees. As such housing can be quite costly. Cost will vary for many different reasons;
~ building material availability
~ craftsmen needed to complete construction
(must be of Elven descent per preservation of architecture)
~ time of year and weather conditions

Prices are at the Baron(ess)'s discretion.

The availability of space within the city is limited by the need to
keep Woodtop's exact location undisclosed. As such meeting with the Baron(ess) will give you a better idea of the plot sizes available.
