The city of Woodtop, though founded and maintained by Elves offers citizenship to anyone who wishes to move in, reguardless of race, guild, temple, or level.
Ways to become a Citizen of Woodtop:
The first and most convient way to be a citizen of Woodtop, is to be born a citizen. However for those less fortunate a simple command will allow you entry before you've met your 4th milestone. Using the citizen command will allow you to join one of the main cities in Terris. The following cities are considered the "starting" cities and can be joined by anyone in their first moments in Terris:

To join a city issue the following command:
CITIZEN
Note : You cannot change your citizenship once you reach level 4.
If you find that you've already met your 4th milestone, yet the appealing allure of Woodtop has encaptured the essence of home, there is still hope. but the road is slightly more difficult. You must first gain the permission of Lady Sylvanna to move into the City of Elves. Next you must gain release from the Baron(ess) of the current city you reside in and have pledged to. Should your current city not have a Baron(ess) to release you, the latter is obviously not necessary. At that point your residency papers will be in order, and your move will be processed.
