Situated at the base of the Northern Mountains, Wintertown is a small community comprised primarily of farmers and their families.  Due to the rapid changing climate and unpredictable weather coming off the mountains the town remains in a constant state of poverty and disrepair. Isolated by natural barriers of cliffs and forests Wintertown offers the only entry to a Valley amid the mountains. During the warmer months, the farmers of Wintertown work the fertile lands within the fields of the Valley. The community works together to harvest the crops to be sent to market to be sold. The money collected from sales is then used to keep the Town warm, fed and protected during the frigid winter months. In addition to the harsh climate, Wintertown citizens have to face another peril. Deamons have been a continual nuisance for the farmers and residents. With the Deamon Citadel located at the base of the Valley, citizens have needed to take up arms in defense of their homes.   Though worn and tattered the residents of the town have a strong sense of citizenship and loyalty.
